New Jersey is among 10 states included in a grant by the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) to receive technical assistance to improve LTSS.  
The grant will allow New Jersey to focus on rebalancing their long term care system toward increased availability of home and community based services and to focus on managed long term services.  The grant promotes the use of federal fiscal incentives available through the Affordable Care Act.
