Exposure to best practices and capitalizing on the successes of others are essential as New Jersey continues the shift to a consumer driven system and the changing business, service and workforce environment of community based service systems.

As you see each of our Community Stars and share their stories, you have the opportunity to reflect on their achievements. These achievements are a testament to their dedication to the faith of the people who believed in them. We hope you think of the many possibilities and the dreams that are yet to come for our “Stars” and continue to inspire and support them as we continue to be part of their lives. It is a tremendous honor to have the opportunity to share in each person’s accomplishments and recognize that they have truly reached for the stars in terms of living fulfilling lives. I believe we all can celebrate each person’s endeavors and reflect on how we can live our own dreams. They should be an inspiration to each and every one of us every day.
